Decision on approving the Charter

DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS

On approving the Charter (amended and supplemented)

of Vietnam Association of Manpower Supply

THE MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS

-       Pursuant to the Ordinance No.102/SL-L004 dated May 20th, 1957, enacting the law on the right to form associations,

-       Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No.58/2014/ND-CP of June 16th, 2014, prescribing the functions, obligations, rights and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs,

-       Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No.45/2010/ND-CP of April 21st, 2010, prescribing the organization, operation and management of associations; the Government’s Decree No.33/2012/ND-CP of April 13th, 2012, prescribing the amendments and supplements to the Decree No.45/2010/-ND-CP;

-       In consideration of the proposal by the President of Vietnam Association of Manpower Supply and the Director of Non-governmental Organization Department,

HEREBY DECIDES:

Article 1. To approve the Charter (amended and supplemented) of Vietnam Association of Manpower Supply passed by its 4th Congress on December 17th, 2014.

Article 2. This decision shall take effect since the date of signature.

Article 3. The President of Vietnam Association of Manpower Supply, the Director of Non-governmental Organization Department and the Chief of the Home Affairs Ministry’s Office shall be responsible to execute this decision./.
